Original parts arrived late or not at all, documentation was missing, and "genuine" was a promise rather than a paper trail. We built DAC to be the supplier we wished existed, one that reads a part number the way an engineer does and treats a certificate of origin as part of the product.
Today DAC quotes and delivers across the full spectrum of industrial supply: PLCs, drives, switchgear, instrumentation, cables, sensors and the terminal blocks in between, from 2,266 manufacturers we have indexed and can source. Our sourcing desk in Germany buys through established European distribution, our team in Erbil quotes, clears, stocks and delivers, and our workshop builds and tests the panels that the material ends up in.
We are deliberately independent. We do not push one brand; we find the right reference, cross-reference the old one, and tell you honestly what the lead time is. That is why government institutions, oil companies and refineries keep sending us their tender annexes, and why the words on our door are still the words we work by: genuine, documented, delivered.
