Commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin and manufacturer documentation (datasheets, test reports, certificates) with every shipment. Quotations carry HS codes.

Lead times

Stock items dispatch within 1 working day; items not in stock usually arrive in 5 to 10 days door-to-door; configured or factory-built items follow the manufacturer's production lead time, stated in every quotation.

Are the parts genuine, and where do they come from?
Yes. Genuine parts, bought through established European distribution channels by our sourcing desk in Germany. DAC is an independent supplier and is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by any manufacturer named on this page.
What is the lead time for electrical components to Iraq?
Stock items dispatch within 1 working day; items not in stock usually arrive in 5 to 10 days door-to-door. Configured or factory-built items follow the manufacturer's production lead time, stated in every quotation.
Can you cross-reference an old or discontinued part number?
Yes. Send the old order code or a nameplate photo. We quote the current successor, or locate the original through tailored sourcing, with condition and warranty stated before you commit.
Do you supply complete panels, or only the components?
Both. Our Erbil panel workshop builds these components into control panels and motor control centers to IEC 61439 practice, FAT tested before delivery.
How do I request a quotation?
Send part numbers with quantities by WhatsApp or to [email protected], or attach the BOQ. We reply with unit prices, HS codes and lead time per line.
