The material is genuine, and DAC is an independent supplier with no formal relationship to Honeywell. We buy through established European distribution channels, and every item ships with the manufacturer's documentation.

What are typical lead times to Iraq?

Stock items dispatch within 1 working day; items not in stock usually arrive in 5 to 10 days door-to-door; configured or factory-built items follow the manufacturer's production lead time, stated in every quotation. SmartLine transmitters and fixed gas detectors are configured to order, so they follow the factory lead time.

Which documents come with a shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin and manufacturer documentation: datasheets, test reports and certificates. Quotations carry HS codes. Where Honeywell offers a factory calibration certificate as an option, request it with the RFQ.

Can you source discontinued Honeywell parts?

Yes, through our sourcing desk in Germany. Phased-out ST 3000 transmitters, earlier UDC models and Experion or TDC 3000 modules are located through our European channels, with condition and warranty stated before you commit.

What do I send for a SmartLine quote?

The full model key from the nameplate, or for a new tag the measurement type, range, process connection, output protocol and hazardous-area approval. The key encodes every option, so a label photo gives an exact replacement.
