Documentation, delivery and lead times

Documents

Every shipment: commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin and manufacturer documentation (datasheets, test reports, certificates). Quotations carry HS codes.

Delivery

Door-to-door to site, warehouse or camp across Iraq’s 18 governorates. Delivery terms on request.

Lead times

Stock items dispatch within 1 working day; items not in stock usually arrive in 5 to 10 days door-to-door; configured or factory-built items follow the manufacturer’s production lead time, stated in every quotation.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty on genuine new material; sourced or obsolete parts: condition and warranty per quotation.

MCCs for motor groups, built in Erbil

Motor control centers and control panels for cement and steel lines are assembled, wired, marked and tested in DAC’s own Erbil workshop to IEC 61439 practice, FAT tested before delivery, with as-built drawings and test reports. Panel Workshop →

Cement & steel supply — frequently asked

Do you supply VFDs and soft starters for mill and fan drives?

Yes. VFDs and soft starters are sized to the motor and duty, with braking resistors and line filters where needed. Send motor rating, supply voltage and application.

Do you supply medium-voltage switchgear for the plant substation?

Medium-voltage switchgear: please ask. Low-voltage switchgear, MCCs and distribution are our core range; send the BOQ either way and we say what we can quote.

Can you build the MCCs for a new mill or line extension?

Yes. DAC’s own workshop in Erbil assembles, wires, marks and tests MCCs and control panels to IEC 61439 practice, with a FAT before delivery, witnessed on request. Send the single-line diagram and feeder list.

Can you source spares for an older line?

Yes. Our sourcing desk in Germany locates phased-out PLC modules, legacy drives and discontinued breakers. Condition and warranty are stated before you commit, with a cross-reference when the original is gone.

Do you supply power cable by the drum for motor feeders?

Yes. Power, control and instrumentation cable ships by the drum or cut to length, with glands, trays and lugs in the same delivery, documented per drum.
