Documentation, delivery and lead times

Documents

Every shipment: commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin and manufacturer documentation (datasheets, test reports, certificates). Quotations carry HS codes.

Pump control panels, built in Erbil

Pump control panels and MCCs are assembled, wired, marked and tested in DAC’s own Erbil workshop to IEC 61439 practice. Every panel is FAT tested before delivery and ships with as-built drawings, test reports and component certificates. Panel Workshop →

Do you supply VFDs for pump speed control?
Yes. DAC supplies VFDs sized to the pump motor and duty, with line filters and braking resistors where needed. Send motor rating and supply voltage for a matching quotation.
Do flowmeters and level transmitters come with manufacturer certificates?
Yes. Every instrument ships with the manufacturer’s datasheets, test reports and certificates, plus commercial invoice, packing list and certificates of origin.
Do you build pump control panels and MCCs?
Yes. DAC’s own workshop in Erbil assembles, wires, marks and tests control panels and MCCs to IEC 61439 practice. Each panel passes a FAT before delivery.
Can you source spare parts for an older pumping station?
Yes. Our sourcing desk in Germany locates phased-out PLC modules, legacy drives and discontinued transmitters. Condition and warranty are stated before you commit, with a cross-reference when the original is gone.
What are typical lead times for water-plant equipment?

Do you supply tenders for water utilities and ministries?
Yes. DAC supplies tender-ready material with full documentation for ministries, contractors and utilities; government institutions are our daily work. Formal offers carry unit prices, HS codes, country of origin and a realistic delivery time, with Arabic correspondence where required.
