Documentation, delivery and lead times

Documents

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin and manufacturer documentation (datasheets, test reports, certificates) with every shipment. Quotations carry HS codes.

Delivery

Door-to-door to site, warehouse or camp across Iraq's 18 governorates. Delivery terms: on request — please ask.

Lead times

Stock items dispatch within 1 working day; items not in stock usually arrive in 5 to 10 days door-to-door; configured or factory-built items follow the manufacturer's production lead time, stated in every quotation.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty on genuine new material; for sourced or obsolete parts, condition and warranty are stated per quotation.

Panels and MCCs, built in Erbil

Control panels and MCCs for station auxiliaries are assembled, wired, marked and tested in DAC's own Erbil workshop to IEC 61439 practice. Every panel leaves with a passed FAT, as-built drawings and test reports.

Do you supply protection relays for substations?
Yes. Send the type code and quantities and we quote genuine feeder, motor and transformer protection relays from SIEMENS, ABB and Schneider Electric, with datasheets and certificates. Phased-out types go to our sourcing desk.
Do you supply medium-voltage switchgear and transformers?
Low-voltage switchgear and components are our core range. Medium-voltage switchgear and transformers: please ask. Send the BOQ either way.
Can you source spares for an older substation or plant?
Yes. Discontinued relays, breakers, PLC modules and drives are located by our sourcing desk in Germany through European distribution. Condition and warranty are stated in the quotation, with a cross-reference where the original is gone.
Do you supply instrumentation for boilers and turbines?
Yes. Pressure, temperature, flow and level transmitters, control valves and positioners from Endress+Hauser, WIKA, Emerson, Honeywell and Samson, with manufacturer documentation and calibration certificates where ordered.
Can you build the panels and MCCs for a substation?
Yes. Control panels and MCCs are assembled, wired and marked in our Erbil workshop to IEC 61439 practice and FAT tested before delivery, with as-built drawings and test reports.
How fast can you deliver to a power station site?
