Documentation, delivery and lead times

Documents

Every shipment: commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin and manufacturer documentation (datasheets, test reports, certificates). Quotations carry HS codes.

Delivery

Lead times

Common stocked items 2 to 3 weeks door-to-door [OWNER TO CONFIRM]; configured or factory-built items follow the manufacturer’s production lead time, stated in every quotation.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty on genuine new material; for sourced or obsolete parts the condition and warranty are stated per quotation.

Common stocked items reach you in 2 to 3 weeks door-to-door [OWNER TO CONFIRM]; configured items follow the manufacturer’s production lead time. Send the article number or a nameplate photo and the quotation states the delivery time. [OWNER TO CONFIRM: express option for line-down emergencies]
Can one order cover PLCs, HMIs, drives and sensors from different brands?
Yes. One quotation can cover several brands. Send the BOQ with quantities; prices, HS codes, datasheets and delivery time come back in one document.
Do you build the control panel for a new machine or line?
Yes. Control panels and MCCs are built and FAT tested in DAC’s own Erbil workshop to IEC 61439 practice. Send the single-line diagram and I/O list; the design is reviewed with your team.
Can you get spares for a discontinued PLC or drive?
Yes. Our sourcing desk in Germany locates phased-out PLC modules, legacy drives and discontinued sensors — 2,266 manufacturers on request. Condition and warranty are stated before you commit; if the original is gone, we propose the alternative.
Do sensors, drives and PLCs ship with manufacturer documentation?
Yes. Every shipment carries commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin and manufacturer documentation (datasheets, test reports, certificates). Genuine new material carries the manufacturer warranty.
Is DAC affiliated with the brands it lists?
No. DAC is an independent supplier and buys genuine new material through established European distribution channels. Every brand page carries the manufacturer trademark notice.
