Documentation, delivery and lead times

Documents

Every shipment carries a commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin and manufacturer documentation: datasheets, test reports and certificates. Quotations carry HS codes. Manufacturer warranty on genuine new material.

Delivery

Door-to-door to site, warehouse or camp across Iraq's 18 governorates. Delivery terms: on request — please ask.

Lead times

Stock items dispatch within 1 working day; items not in stock usually arrive in 5 to 10 days door-to-door; configured or factory-built items follow the manufacturer's production lead time, stated in every quotation.

Can you quote against a tender BOQ or ministry specification?
Yes. Send the BOQ or tender annex and we quote it line by line: unit prices, HS codes, datasheets, country of origin and delivery time. Brands outside our featured range go to the sourcing desk, 2,266 manufacturers on request.
Are you registered as a vendor with Iraqi ministries and utilities?
Vendor registrations: please ask. DAC for General Trading Ltd. is registered with the Erbil Companies Registrar, no. 33146, founded 2022, and government institutions, oil companies and refineries already send us their tender annexes.
Do you offer an alternative when the specified brand is unavailable?
Yes, with a cross-reference and a plain statement of what differs. If a part is obsolete, unavailable or overpriced, we say so and propose the alternative.
Can you build the control panels and MCCs for a pumping station or utility building?
Yes. Control panels and MCCs are assembled, wired, marked and FAT tested in our own Erbil workshop to IEC 61439 practice, witnessed on request, with as-built drawings and test reports.
Do you deliver to project sites in every governorate?
Yes. Door-to-door to site, warehouse or camp across Iraq's 18 governorates, Dohuk to Basra.
